Transformations: Revitalizing Disfigured Landscapes
This year's "Transformation" themed Landscape Tour will showcase 4 properties whose owners have transformed scraped and junkyard properties into attractive desert-wise landscapes. Visit 3 public gardens focused on demonstrating waterwise landscaping with native plants.
In addition, we are also offering a limited number of spaces (25) to purchase a combined Botanist Walk with the Landscape Tour. SORRY, SOLD OUT! Join a native plant walk with a botanist on property contiguous with Joshua Tree National Park, followed by a light lunch and further educational presentations.
And, as an added bonus we are offering a free Pollinator Talk by native plant experts sharing their knowledge of native desert plants and pollinators, especially the Monarch butterfly.
