    The city of 29 Palms has chosen to build a citywide sewer system. This proposal has many downsides which must be addressed before we take state money. There has been no forum to discuss the many problems which the council must hear from the larger communiy. It seems that this is an important issue which the MBCA could help to air.I would gladly address your group to perhaps deepen understanding of the big picture,
