After two years of offering only virtual Desert-Wise Landscape Tours via YouTube videos, in 2022 MBCA will offer the opportunity to physically visit four landscape sites in the Morongo Basin. The sites represent landscapes focused on wise use of water, extensive use of native plants, restoration of disturbed desert lands, plus green building and energy-saving strategies. Visitors will enjoy the beauty of the landscapes and learn from landowners and other presenters how to achieve the same results in their landscapes.
