Permaculture Design in the Desert

The Morongo Basin Historical Society brings former resident Jill Giegerich, artist and permaculture designer, to explain the "land use design science" of permaculture, a water-saving eco-sensitive approach to sustainable human habitation. She will also provide a brief history of land use in the Morongo Basin and report on local permaculture projects. Read the Historical Society's event page for more details.  A $5 donation is requested.
