Public Scoping Meeting - Joshua Tree Housing Development

The County is offering a public scoping meeting for a proposed housing development on rural living-designated property in Joshua Tree. The proposed subdivision of the 46.25-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Alta Loma Drive and Alta Avenue would create 18 lots of at least 2.5 acres. The County's Notice of Preparation provides more details as does Z107.7 radio station's report on the project.
