The California Desert Coalition presents a virtual workshop "Power of the Purse: Federal Appropriations & The California Desert." The two speakers are actively involved with federal funding processes. India McKinney is currently Director of Federal Affairs for the Electronic Frontier Foundation and was formerly an appropriations aide and legislative director in the US House of Representatives. David Feinman is Government Affairs Director for the Conservation Lands Foundation.
