Kangaroo Rats - Self Defense in the Desert

Kangaroo rats are one of the most abundant (and cutest!) mammals in the desert. Learn more from researchers who have filmed them in action, Dr. Rulon Clark of San Diego State and Grace Freymiller of ninjarat.org. Learn more about the sponsoring agency, Interpreters and Scientists Working On Our Parks (iSWOOP), and their Joshua Tree National Park page.
