The Coyote Hole Experience is a two-hour guided walk to view native plants and petroglyphs with hosts from the Native American Land Conservancy and the California Native Plant Society. MBCA is grateful for the Conservancy's agreement to offer this special tour.
The expert guides will explore cultural resources and native plant features, plus reference to the striking landform which gives Coyote Hole its name. Enjoy learning about and contemplating past habitation in our desert landscape while learning about the plant community that we respectfully share with those who came before us.
The experience is separate from the Desert-Wise Landscape Tour that occurs on the same day. Only 20 tickets are available and must be purchased IN ADVANCE. The walk will begin promptly at 8:00 AM so that participants can complete the experience and also visit the Landscape Tour sites.
Specific location and parking instructions will be sent to registrants before the event.
