Soil and Watering

The question of how much and how long to water depends on how good soil is at absorbing moisture. We’ve outlined three DIY weekend projects for getting to know more about your soil: a simple water percolation test, taking on problem dirt one plant at a time, and a home brew recipe for soil feed.
