"The purpose of the meeting is for CEC staff to present the Staff Assessment, which includes a draft environmental impact report (Draft EIR), and receive comments on the assessment from government agencies, California Native American Tribes, the public, and the project applicant." MBCA last submitted a formal comment letter on this project in September 2025.
